Why This Is Important ?
National research shows that Asian and Black women are significantly less physically
active than the average population. This lead to increased health risks like diabetes and heart
disease and contributes to lower quality of life and health outcomes. We’re here to change that one conversation, one movement, one woman at a time.


Centering the Voices and Needs of South Asian Women
Who We’re Focusing On
While we are open to all women aged 19+, our programmes are designed with an
understanding of the cultural, linguistic, and social challenges faced by South Asian
women. Our aim is to bridge the gap with culturally relevant resources, peer support, and safe
spaces for open conversation.
